[01:16]  So here we are. New Year, fresh start. Clean slate. Maybe we resolve to write more, or finish the book once and for all. But intentions aren’t always enough to actually do Change is hard. It happens deep down.

Which means they write slowly and cautiously, editing at they go and/or sticking with an outline.
